Shipping Areas

We deliver to all cities across Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Mansoura, Luxor, and more.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Order Confirmation: Email within 24 hours
  • Cut-off Time: Orders after 5:00 PM EEST process the next business day

Shipping Method & Cost

  • Express Shipping: 150 EGP nationwide
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping: On orders over 500 EGP
  • Tracking: Included with all orders

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email when shipped
  • Track your order on our website or courier’s website
  • If tracking doesn’t work after 48 hours, contact support@revordi.com

Delivery Issues

  • Damaged Package: Contact us within 7 days with photos at support@revordi.com
  • Lost Package: We will reship or refund
  • Incorrect Address: Contact within 24 hours. Reshipment requires additional shipping fee
