Refund & Return Policy

At Revordi, we understand that there may come a time when you need to return a purchase. We aim to make the returns and refund process as simple and transparent as possible. This policy applies exclusively to our leather care products and leather craftsmanship items.
1. Return Time Frame
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange of any kind.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- No Damage: Items altered, damaged, or showing signs of wear by the customer cannot be returned
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please note the following exceptions:
- Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made leather items are non-returnable
- Sale Items: Sale items and promotional offers cannot be refunded
- Opened Care Products: Leather care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned
- Gift Cards: Gift cards and vouchers are non-returnable
- Changed Mind: We do not provide refunds where you have changed your mind about your purchase or found cheaper goods elsewhere
4. Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us within 30 days at support@revordi.com with your Order Number and return reason
- Step 2: Our support team will assist you with the next steps and provide return approval
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package
- Step 5: Ship the item to the address provided after approval
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges will be paid as follows:
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs
- Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
- Non-Refundable Postage: The cost of original postage or handling fees is not refundable, as we do not receive refunds from postal or courier companies
6. Refund Processing
After receiving your item(s) and inspecting the condition:
- Inspection Period: We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- Processing Time: Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item(s) for your return to be processed
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Store Credit Option: Alternatively, refunds may be issued as store credit or discount coupon of the same amount
7. Exchanges
We also offer exchanges for the same item if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- You wish to exchange within the 30-day period
To exchange an item, follow the same return process and indicate your exchange request when contacting us.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@revordi.com
- Provide Evidence: Include photos showing the defect or damage
- Immediate Replacement: We will immediately replace any item you are not entirely satisfied with
- Free Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs for defective items
9. On-Charges and Additional Costs
As part of our refund policy, we reserve the right not to refund:
- On-charges such as freight and associated costs where goods have been returned without good reason
- Postage or handling fees, as we do not receive refunds from postal departments or courier companies
- Items ordered in error by the customer
10. Special Product Categories
Certain product ranges have specific return conditions:
- Indent Ranges: Certain indent ranges cannot be returned as they are imported specifically for the customer
- Click and Collect: Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered cancelled and may not be eligible for refund
11. Legal Guarantees
Your Consumer Rights:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. You are entitled to:
- Major Failure: A replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Acceptable Quality: Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality (where failure does not amount to major failure)
